Admission: Instruction

• To take admission parents have to do online registration through the given link on the school website.
• General merit list will be published and students will be called for document verification to the school.
• After document verification, date will be informed from the office for the entrance examination and interview.
• Final merit list of selected students will be displayed.
• Parents have to confirm their seats by paying the fees in the form of DD from the Nationalized bank only, in stipulated time declared by the school.
• Parents have to follow hostel rules strictly.

Hostel Rules

1. Cadet should maintain discipline in the hostel. He should be very polite and sincere toward his / her peer groups as well as his / her authorities.
2. Parents are allowed to meet their ward only on last Sunday of the two month. Failing to this it will be considered as an act of Indiscipline.
3. Eatable items, Smart jewelry (this can include smart rings, wristbands, watches and pins), Jewelry and electronic items will be not allowed in the Hostel.
4. Only two civil dresses will be allowed to keep with an individual.
5. Parents are not allowed to enter in Cadets room without prior permission of Hostel Rector.
6. Parents can meet to Principal in between 3.00 p.m. to 4. 00 p.m. on any working day with prior permission.
7. Parents may contact to their ward through phone as per school time table only.
8. No cadet will ring directly to their parents from outside without prior permission of Principal / Hostel In charge.
9. For any requirement of stationery or other necessary items cadets have to give in writing to their hostel Rector and class teacher and ask to their parents to clear their dues on meeting day.
10. Cadet should be in the proper uniform in the school & Hostel.
Failing to this strict action will be taken.
11. All cadets should be in night dress after 7 p.m. to 5.30 a.m.
12. For any indiscipline act strict action will be taken. After two written warning One will terminate from the Hostel.
13. No group of cadets will gather in front of hostel entrance without any proper reason.
14. Any damage to hostel properties, penalty will be penalized from concern cadets.
15. Cadet is supposed to clear his/her term fee in time. Failing to this admission will get cancel.
16. A cadet is responsible for his/her belongings and clothes.
There should be proper label for every item (GR No. or name).
17. No cadet will enter to other cadet’s room without any valid reasons.
18. During meeting day cadets will allow to meet parents between 9.00a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Failing to this Rs/-100 will be penalized.
19. For any dispute/ Controversy first discuss with Class teacher/Hostel Chief Warden, Don’t decide or put your decision final.
20. T.V facilities will work out as per time schedule release from Principal Office.
21. Follow Day schedule as per Govt. of Maharashtra circular for Military School.


List of Documents:
Following documents need to be submitted in office while finalizing your ward’s admission.

• Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card of student, father and mother.
• ( Student’s Aadhaar card name should match with LC - Class 1 to 10)
• Birth Certificate ( only for class I)
• Report Card of pervious class ( Class 1 to 10)
• Original Leaving Certificate ( Class 1 to 10)
• Medical Certificate issued by government doctor ( Class 1 to 10)
• Xerox copy of Caste Certificate of the student or Father’s Caste Certificate/Leaving Certificate ( Class 1 to 5)
• Student Sanchyika ( Cumulative Record) ( Class 1 to 8 – State Board )
• Xerox copy of Nationalized Bank Account of the student ( Class 6 to 10)
• Xerox copy of PAN Card of Parents ( Class 6 to 10)
• Passport photographs of parents and the student. ( Class 1 to 10)
• No Claim Certificate ( Class 1 to 10)
• Indemnity Bond / Risk Certificate. ( Class 6 to 10)
• Authorization Certificate ( Class 1 to 10)
